Tyler-Longview KLTV Adding This TV subchannel

Addition by subtraction-

KLTV has changed 7.2 from 24/7 Stormtracker Weather to This TV. The Tyler DMA loses it's only weather sub-channel.

Tis a shame....KLTV has a high quality weather service and poof....there goes serving the community.
