Goodbye from Morris

First off, I want to thank everyone for listening to the show. Over this last summer we had the highest ratings in the history of Y101! We were the 1 show across the board!

As of yesterday (Friday, November 2) I am no longer associated with Y101. I want it to be very clear that it was not my choice to leave the radio station, I was let go. No definitive reason was given.

I was the only person let go, none of the other air staff was affected.

Over the past year-and-a-half I had a lot of fun with all of you and hope you had fun listening! I appreciate the welcome I was given by you, and even all the fun jabs you took at me! There were a lot of laughs and good memories!

I wondered why he wasn't on this morning. Was he the one that that said "bro" all the time? or was that the other guy? I usually reach for the knob when they play that God awful singing of the "Benders mind bender" theme. Its to the tune of "I shot the sherriff" and if you haven't heard it, the singing on that thing is so bad it will curl your toenails.

I heard Nate on this morning but I would bet that they will will replace him with a chick with a low voice that does that low sexy laugh in the background that nearly every morning show has. The guy will play dumb and the smart chick will act like his wife, make fun of him and do lots of man bashing jokes. Of course there will be a drum machine or the Mission Impossible theme playing in the background. Spin the birthday wheel and give away a cake.
 
Actually, I believe this change to be permanent.
