U47 versus Peluso 2247LE Microphones

Wow....the Peluso sounds pretty darn good..even if I don't sound good today (this storm has me all clogged up but I wanted to post this short audio clip)

U47 (if you can find a good one) around 7-10k USD
Peluso - around 1600 bucks

I compared the Peluso to my vintage U47 using the Aphex 230 voice processor. Just unplugged one and plugged in the other. This is a short file:
