On the back page of the Hartford Courant Sports Section today there is a half page ad that says "Listen to all the UCONN Games on your local station." Then there's a map of CT and it shows all the stations by area.

Hartford: 97.9 ESPN
Waterbury: WATR 1320-AM
Brookfield: WINE 940-AM
Greenwich: WGCH 1490-AM
Bridgeport: WICC 600-AM
New Haven: WAVZ 1300-AM
New London: WXLM 980-AM
Willimantic: WILI 1400-AM

Notes:

1. The ad conveniently leaves off the fact that WILI 1400-AM is heard on a translator on 95.3 FM.
2. Areas missing from coverage are Litchfield County and Northeast Connecticut.
3. WAVZ is a downgrade in New Haven. I recall UCONN games being on sister station WELI 960-AM in the past.
 
I guess they couldn't use the headline they really wanted, "Please PLEASE listen to UConn football games, we paid a lot of money for you to listen to them."
