There are radio digest that gives the weekly transactions, however a comprehensive website would be great

First, the most important station sales are never listed. The current owner and perspective owners likely know each other, or one of the top tier brokers gets them together with no listing.

Second, many station owners do not like it known that their facility is for sale; that can be used by competitors to tell clients "Oh, WXXX is for sale because they aren't doing well. You don't want to advertise there!"

That is why the listing we do see are often disguised as "AM FM in Northern Louisiana" without disclosing the market.
