Looks like they have been simulcasting their programming on the new frequency. FCC construction permit granted 11-23. This station is in Huber Heights/Dayton....

You are correct sir. Program tests are going on right now.

The FCC has been willing to grant 3rd adjacent waivers for LPFM minor change applications, since the Local Community Radio Act was signed into law earlier this year. Eventually the waivers won't be required once the new LPFM rules are published, but they are still working out some issues with resolving the backlog of translator apps.

The move will put the transmitter at the studio site and resolve coverage problems in Huber Heights due to heavy co-channel interference on 97.7 that's been there ever since WOXY moved out of Oxford.
