Unbelieveably horrible customer service

Have any of you had to deal with the horrible outsourced customer service? Worst I have EVER experienced in my life! First they charged my debit card with someone's else's purchase, and it's been almost 3 days and they have yet to refund the cash back in my bank account. THEY ARE THE WORST!
 
This is one of the reasons I never use my debit card for recurring subscriptions or big ticket purchases. At least if it was on your credit card you'd be able to dispute the charge with them. Your only option here (and it's really crappy) is just to keep calling until they do a refund. Being the sleazy company they are on the CS end, they'll hold onto your money as long as they can.
 
This is one reason I refuse to have a debit card, and keep mine set up as an ATM card only.
A debit card is like leaving cash outside on the picnic table, where anyone can get it or it can blow away.
That's just a little too convenient.
 
The deduct form mine every other day. If somone would sue them for doing that crpa it would quit. I hope someone puts them out of business so they can't do that. Also when you call in, they make you look like an idiot. My service with them is just about them. At least regular radio can't take money from me with out my permission.
