ART BELL was back live in the studio filling-in for GEORGE NOORY on COAST TO COAST AM (Saturday 3-29)...Can CBS please fix their audio for flagship radio station WFAN? Every time I want to hear the FAN on the Web, I get audio problems. Cut-outs and 2 spots airing at the same time. Give us a break!
Memo to 770AM WABC's PHIL BOYCE: Keep an eye on AL RONEY on Albany's 810AM WGY. WABC has hired a few folks from WGY in the past. This Roney guy is good!
I love to watch ESPN on Sunday mornings. BOB LEY is fantastic with OUTSIDE THE LINES. I love the SPORTS REPORTERS. One problem with that show...it's too short.

This past Friday MICHAEL SAVAGE (heard on 710AM WOR) played his original demo tape he sent to radio stations. A Boston station was interested after hearing it. But Savage went with a San Francisco station (his new home). Savage did the bumpers on the demo. Good stuff! March 21, 2008 marked 14 years of the SAVAGE NATION.
PHIL HENDRIE (heard on 810AM WGY) came up with a good one last week. He called AL GORE the public relations agent for the planet. Hendrie loves when Gore gives one of his speeches on global warming then Gore flys away in his private jet.
Sad times for an AM daytime radio station. This radio station is located in a strip mall in upstate NY. The radio station owner now a has a table outside the station selling things like pocketbooks. Sad stuff. It's like a street vendor on the streets of Gotham.
