Under-rated air personalities

In our market we have so many talented personalities and a lot of them unfortunately for one reason or another fly below the radar and end up with just weekend shifts, over nights, or perhaps just swing shifts. This is your opportunity to give these personalities some recognition. Who in your opinion is not on air as much as he/she should be?

originally from the area...but DUNN on Wild 939...this guy is master of the phones and take radio one step further...ok, that's a bit much, but he has a delivery and awesome formatics!

he's be great on Z100 or KTU

Ian O'Malley and Paul Cavalconte (tie), the former currently pulling the Sunday 10-3 shift at the Q, the latter weekend mornings at RXP, and both WNEW alum from FM and AM respectively. Both have smooth delivery, are relatable and connected to the listener, tell good stories without rambling, intelligent, and modest. Both represent ideal AAA jocks in my opinion. Too bad most of WRXP's DJs (except for Paul Cavalconte) just don't have that delivery. I'm confident it will get there, though. It's growing pains.

Cannot agree with you more on Cavalconte! He's the only "Professional" on the station...the only one that makes the place sound more than a "college attempt" at commercial radio! But...he probably wants to be paid...not just volunteer. Shame on him...he's been around long enough to know better!!!
