Underwriting Announcement on WBUR

Does anyone who has heard this agree that it crosses well over the boundary of what is allowed and not allowed in such announcements?

It would help to specify the identity of the underwriter and the specific content of the underwriting message that crosses the line in your view.

Yes, sorry. I mentioned the station-WBUR. The Boston Globe is the client.

You still don't mention the copy and why it would violate the no pricing/no comparisons/no "call to action" tenets of non-com underwriting announcements.
