Unfortunately I can't get away from WSAR

I've commented more on WSAR in the last week than I hope to have to comment on for the rest of my life. So I figured that I would be safe if I just surfed on up to Maine. No way I'm going to encounter any talk of WSAR up there! So..... I decided to see who works at one of my favorite TV stations there, WGME in Portland. I used to watch them all the time when I was growing up as my family and I vacationed up there.

So I take a look at their staff. There are 18 people listed on this Bios page http://www.wgme.com/Bios/index.shtml . Not one of them even looks remotely familiar. So I decided to pick one person at random just because I'm bored tonight and figured I would do a little reading. Out of those 18 people on the page I ended up picking someone by the name of Diana Ichton to read about. Why not? I'll just read this one bio and then get some sleep. Her bio is here at this link. http://www.wgme.com/Bios/bio_ichton.shtml . Now please follow along with me as I read all about Diana

-------------------------------------------
Reporter Diana Ichton jokes she's on a tour of duty throughout New England. The Bay State native has reported on stories in Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York. Diana is thrilled to add Maine to her list!

Most recently, she worked as a one-man-band reporter for WPTZ/WNNE in White River Junction, VT. Prior to that, Diana was radio anchor for WSAR, a sales rep for The Boston Herald, and a Sales Assistant at WMUR-TV.

"With each new job, I have gained insight and experience. With it, I hope to bring honest, integral and meaningful stories to viewers in Maine."

Diana earned her degree in Mass Communication from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

When Diana is not working, you'll find her on the running trails, in the yoga studio, or in the batting cage. The avid Sox fan also loves spending time with her family.

-----------------------------------------------

So as I close I can now see that I can't even get away from certain things even when I try. I hope GOD is having a good laugh at my expense. Anyway.... is anyone familiar with Diana Ichton? I have never heard her name in my life. Does anyone from WSAR want to chime in here? Do you remember a Diana Ichton? When did she work there?

PS. Somebody just kill me now.

Mike Berluti and Chris Chandler just called. They want to speak to you, Skynet! Oh, and Moe Lauzier & Steve Kass are trying to send you a text message.
