I received a station playing classical and jazz music on 91.5, but I wasn't able to identify it. Any ideas? I'm located in Vancouver, BC

What time did you hear the station? KJZZ Phoenix carries Jazz at night, until 3 AM MST (5 AM on weekends).
 
About 4 PM, I remember hearing the end of their call letters as M, I didn't catch the middle two letters. The station itself was relativity weak, overlap from 91.3 CJZN Victoria and 91.7 CKAY Gibsons could be heard.
