Universal Sports apparently leaves Houston

Yesterday around 12:00pm, 39 removed Universal Sports from .3 and replaced it with the main feed of 39. 39.3 then showed Family Feud's two episodes and went dark. Still dark this morning, so it looks like KIAH has let it go. I watched US quite a bit during the Olympics, and certainly enjoyed the rugby matches and international hockey games they aired, but a fair portion of the sports programming was too obscure for me to really follow or be interested in. Does the network have enough of a following to re-emerge elsewhere here in Houston?

I rather enjoyed the women's beach volleyball... ;)

Anyhow, if it's gone in Houston, can DFW be far behind?

I also wonder if KIAH has moved US to a M/H subchannel. Anyone in Houston with a M/H TV that can check?

Note to KXAS: If you decide to follow in KIAH's footsteps and drop US, please put the weather back up in its place. You can give it a scrawny amount of bandwidth and it'll still look & sound fine.

Haven't checked OTA, but Universal Sports is still there on Xfinity channel 319 at a 12:45pm check on Thursday.

I noticed last night while channel surfing that there was no video on Universal Sports, but the audio was still there, so I assume technical problems. Seems to be okay now.
