Universal Sports on CW39 subchannel

I have heard that channel will no longer be a digital channel network as of 1/1. Has anyone heard what will replace it on CW39 in Houston?
 
Universal Sports is going to cable/satellite delivery only.
 
Comcast/Xfinity in Houston carries 39.3 on channel 319. Since they own Universal Sports, I would think it would remain on the cable system after the switch, although I would guess on a different channel.
 
Has anyone heard if anything will replace it on NBC5 in D/FW? Or will they just drop 5.3 completely?

(I guess they could put the "NBC Plus" weather back up temporarily, if they still have the equipment. But I assume a permanent solution won't be weather.)
 
Isn't Universal Sports going to combine with Versus to become the new NBC Sports Channel?
