Universal Sports - WXIA-DT 11.3/Comcast 245

This channel came on earlier this week on Comcast (need confirmation of OTA, QAM on Comcast says indicates an 11.3 with the "Univers" label). WeatherPlus (what remains) is still on 11.2/211.
 
I rescanned and did not pick up 11.3. I have a booster antenna and have a ton of over the air channels. Why won't 11.3 come in?
 
If you get 11.1 and 11.2 then you are able to get 11.3

I would recommend dialing in 10.1 , 10.2 then 10.3 to see what happens. That of course is the actual RF channel number for WXIA DT. Most systems will tune in and then remap.
 
Actually, putting in 10.5 might be more effective than 10.3 since it's on MPEG Program Number 5 despite mapping to 11-3.

I have an RCA converter which only allows a channel which it has scanned in to show. It won't allow a channel to be directly keyed in unless it has it in its scanned in channel list. I've tried 3 times. WXIA's engineers have been in touch with me and are researching as to why I get their other two channels with no problem and this one won't come in.
