Univision and SBS Hiring people

Two questions:
Does anybody remember when was the last time that SBS or Univision placed ads in local newspapers casting talents for their stations?

Does anybody knows about some air talent working in their stations for the last couple of years after a newspaper ad? (I'm talking about guys who read the ad, showed up, audiotioned and were hired... I'm not talking about some sation employed's friend).
