The show is "Free Guey", not "freeway".

"Guey" is a very Mexican expression that is sort of like "guy" or "dude" in English.
 
THE FREE BEFORE THE GUEY really does nothing to make sense almost followed by the ''Sancho'' RADIO STATION they had in Austin. I give this show 8 months max to flop! I'll blame the sancho name on EVAN back in his day
