Unknown Spanish Station on 98.3

I caught an unknown Spanish station on 98.3 at around 3:27pm.

For just a few seconds...some Spanish song was playing and after those few seconds, it faded out.

Could it have been a Mexican station, a station in Puerto Rico, or a Spanish station from the United States?

Were any other DX quality signals noted? Their location could narrow this down.

WRTO Miami. 100 kw @ 1600 feet, Spanish personality talk and salsa is the most likely.

KLHB in Corpus is a remote possibilty. There is a station on 98.3 in PR, on the Island of Vieques, but that is a really distant possibilty or even improbability. There are several in the Dominican Republic on 98.3, but it's anyone's guess as to the power. Cubans are also possible, but I don't have a current listing.
