Unlicensed Broadcasters in Polk and Highlands Counties

While driving around the State I have noticed an increasing number of unlicensed FM operators cropping up. The most powerful is on 87.9 airing a very professional oldies formatboth in terms of music selection, execution, and audio-all music no talk and can be heard from just south of Davenport to Lake Wales. Another in Haines City on 92.7 is oldies-seems to be tracking home made MP-3s and is in a trailer park broadcasting with just a couple of watts-carries maybe 2-3 miles---a really weak 95.1 in Avon Park airing HipHop and in Sebring a 96.3 airing Classic Country and which can be heard throughout Sebring....Anybody else running into more of these new additions to the "dial"?
