Unrated market ratings

Does anyone have suggestions for decent market ratings/research for a non-rated marked? Arbitron county data doesn't give us what we want. There used to be a couple of outfits in the late 90's that did good "drilled down" listening patterns by phone prefix, daypart, demographics, etc. Unfortunately, I can't find anyone but Arbitron and Eastlan these now. Thanks for any help.
 
If you find one, let me know. And stay away from Holly LaFontaine and her husband. They are fake.

Meanwhile, go to the local community college with a "project", have someone put together a questionnaire and make 500 phone calls.
