Unscoped KOL AM-FM airchecks via Internet Archive

The Robert O Air check was several months before I joined KOL as the Chief Engineer. In my opinion, Rubber Dough got better in time. He didn't always know how his bits would end, and sometimes they actually worked. Fast forward to my Aberdeen stations, I hired Kacie Sommers, and Robert O came to the Harbor a couple of times competing in weight lifting events. Kacie and Robert O were at one point a "thing" in the Seattle days. Robert O did some great impressions, and did a fantastic "Alfred Hitchcrock".

Bruce Buhls reference to Maxanne was Maxanne Sartori, I believe. KOL-FM was free-form, and I had to install a lock on the FM studio door since "occasionally" there would be instances of on-air talent smoking a substance that was not legal at the time.
