Unusual Dothan Arbitron Listings

How can Southeast Alabama Broadcasters and Alabama Media Investments be listed as
Owners by Arbitron> http://www.radio-info.com/markets/dothan < if the FCC has not
approved the sale of the stations listed to these companies.

It also lists Gulf South as the owner of WKMX & WTVY. Also a sale not yet approved by the FCC.

Have they already submitted SIP's (Station Information Profiles) to Arbitron that are falsifications.

Probably just another layer in the web of deceit they continue to spin.
