Update on WFME Family Radio

That's how Cumulus was able to buy it. Once the application was approved, the station went on sale. Same with the station in Philadelphia.

A "Special Announcement", under the name of Family Radio President Harold Camping, appears on their website.
It states, "We seek out a possible AM replacement" for WFME that will make it possible for them "To be heard throughout the city of New York."
Evidently the soon to be former WDVY on 106.3 will not be their only frequency in this area, if their purchase plans work out.

Can't blame them for wanting an AM replacement. The 106.3 signal is fairly useless and only covers Westchester and part of the Bronx. It is certainly not a NYC station.
