Why is there so much upheaval at Saga-Norfolk? It seems like every few months, someone or several someones are being shown the door. What gives? Is this a management problem? Or an amazing streak of employees turning out to be bad hires?

UPHEAVAL AT SAGA NORFOLK

I think we all know anytime a company has HIGH turn around, it's the managment. Bad managment destroys great radio stations.
Considering how hard it is to find a radio job these days, I don't think any jock wouldn't be doing their job and above!
It could be the General Sales manager is to involved with programing.
The GM is to involved with programing.
The PD is an ass clown, power hungry tool bag that hasn't gotten a clue or all of the above.
Upper managment probably screwed up someplace and needs to blame someone and the first to go is always the staff that gives 110%.
