Urban A/C WQSD ( Q 107 ) Myrtle Beach, S.C. is now Rocker WRXZ ( Rock 107 ).
 
Thanks for the info, I will take it off of my list. I think this station just changed to Urban AC Last year.
 
It was only a matter of time before they flipped. It was all syndicated except middays. Cumulus really nailed them, but Q107.1 actually had an advantage when they first launched. They would've been the only Urban AC in Myrtle Beach area until Cumulus flipped there stations shortly after. Cumulus flipped heritage Urban 98.5 KISS FM from a mixture of Urban and UrbanAC to exclusively Urban AC knocking down Q 107.1's chance of taking over the Urban adult crowd. Cumulus also flpped HOT 100 from CHR/Pop to Rhythmic "Hits and Hip-Hop" POWER 100.3. Myrtle Beach doesn't have a large African American population to support 2 Urban ACs, plus 1 Rhythmic Hip-Hop not to mention Urban COAST 97.3 out of Wilmington,NC being heard clear in Myrtle Beach even showing up in ratings.
