Ok, for those keeping score, and you know who you are. Those who flame me bash me and ridicule me for my postings. I am here to bask in my glory once again.
The great Cowpie US99.5 has announced that Lisa Dent will be taking over as replacement for the Big J (I like to call him that)
Although we all knew he would be replaced eventually, who would have thought to place a well educated, cancer survivor and woman in the timeslot. Now the good ol’ boy’s in programming are cooking with gas.
Which, brings me to the point. Rock’in Ray is playing 2nd fiddle Again! This has to be a complete nightmare for this redneck. Just when there was a light at the end of the tunnel it gets blocked by a 300 pound woman taking his job. Damn!
So, not only will he remain coffee and bagel boy for a few more months, but. Ready for this folks. He is on his way out to pasture! US99 has great plans for him. That’s right, in the next few weeks you will start to hear the decline of Rock’in Ray and “Nascar” talk.
Now that there is an opening in midday’s I should apply. Hmmm, no I have already been fired from 3 CBS stations in the past. Anyway, I’m sure you smart radio wannabees can figure out the rest and what is going to happen. Lisa will secure mornings and win a huge book, followed by a woman, that’s right; a woman will replace her in midday’s.
Hey, how about Steve Dull? hahah
