USA moves Bug to left side of screen

It's 1:12 am and I am watching NCIS L.A. It just dawned on me that the USA bug is now on the left side.Did this just happen or been like like that for awhile.
 
Speaking of logo bugs, why don't they get rid of all that clutter of "New Episode of ______ 9/8C" and all that. No reason to have promos in a logo bug all the time. They didn't do that c. 2000!

Let's see where that bug is tomorrow night during WWE Raw. They've always had the WWE logo in that corner, even back to when WWE started putting their logo on screen about 20 years ago. The exception had been with WWE Saturday Night's Main Event the last few times NBC actually ran one of those.
