Looks like Ebay has a few things but nothing legal, the used transmitter folks i know only have the bigger 2.5kw.

I assume your current transmitter isn't able to be dialed down to 100 watts? Two alternatives would be to feed an existing transmitter into a waste load to achieve the desired power or find a transmitter capable of being dialed down. I know we were able to dial back a Harris MW-1 as low as 50 watts though I don't know if you'd really want to invest in nearly 40 year old technology to get to where you'd need to be.
Have a couple old 1 kw boxes. The freight might be worse than just buying or renting a new one. Harris has a freq agile 500 watt mil spec xmitter. There are a couple mw 1's at besco
