Usher and Nicki Minaj-Little Freak

I am becoming a fan of Nicki Minaj. I also like her work on "Bedrock" and "My Chick Bad". Unlike many female hip hop artists she doesn't sound masculine or hardened, She sounds cute and girly girl. I love that. She is also talented and her participation helps make these songs special.

I do not see this song going far. I do have to admit that I do love Nicki Minaj for being the female version of Lil Wayne in many ways, and also for bringing back a female rapper into the mainstream! Now, I no longer have to count on KE$HA or Fergie to be the hardest female rappers in 2010. I do kind of wish this song got a tad more attention, although it would've probably been best if someone thought of the idea of this song back in the late 90's when it could've been given a good futuristic sounding Timbaland beat. I don't care how complex the melodic arrangements are if the drum beats are so easy that a 5 year old could duplicate the drum pattern simply by beating his fist on the wall.

There is a Nicki Minaj song that I really like. I forget the title, but it has "No More I Love You's" by Annie Lennox as the background.
