V-103 chicago and PPM

Urban A/C V-103 Chicago ( WVAZ ) is doing great under the New PPM system . But did V-103 get help from Arbitron ? Did Arbitron crack under pressure ? http://www.allaccess.com/net-news/a...rumors-of-massaged-ppm-ratings?ref=mail_recap

I think the real suspicion thing is how stations like WGCI and WPGC were near the top for years and years and now aren't even in the top 10, the PPM system just doesn't count some groups of listeners very well.

Yeah, it is puzzling, but those stations may have been the pinned in name by default with the old diary system. Personally, I miss the old WPGC since they were the ish when it came to everything, but WGCI was way too predictable and conservative when it came to musical choices.
