She is the worst. Not a pro at all. Did any one hear the Falcons broadcast on V for the Ravens game? Awful. V-103 clearly is waiting to use her for a morning slot when Wanda is gone. Perfect chance to fire her and she stays. She is terrible.

Yeah, the ironic thing is Rashan made a subtle quip about the doing sports thing on air Wednesday. It's obvious why and what has gone on and I wasn't one of Nina Brown's biggest fans, but this is horrible way to begin the holidays...
I'm wondering if they are going to bring back DJ Herb to the board or is Akini going to take over as the behind-the-scenes person for the afternoons.

Rashan Ali has gotten her opportunities best on talent and qualification, Elle has not. Duncan fits right in with what is going on at V-103... poor talent and bad music causing the decline of a once great station.
Duncan and her bad radio will be around for a while I fear. Reggie Rouse is clueless. The station will always get numbers because of the signal.

I wouldn't be so quick about the musical choices since it's probably one of the best programmed urban stations in the country (listen to urban radio in other similar sized markets and you would know what I mean). The only urban stations that surpass them in programming are still black-owned stations like WDKX Rochester, NY.
Its talent choices for key dayparts on the other hand are questionable at best.
