V101.9 Drops Syndicated Afternoons, Goes Local With Artie

V101.9 has dropped the new syndicated "Skip Murphy in the Afternoon" show in favor of longtime Power 98 midday personality Artie "The One Woman Party".

I think this was a great move on V's part. Skip's show was crap, with no substance. Definitely not up to a national standard.

Artie will do a great job, and complement and enhance V's local, community-minded focus.
