V101.9 Hit With $10K Fine, Need For Day Planner

Their promotions department just needs to pay more attention.
 
That is the dumbest thing I have ever read. I'm not a big fan of CBS but that's just wrong for the FCC to levy a fine like that. It's what's on the air that counts and CBS did everything to make it right. I hope the legal eagles at CBS challenge that decision. A classic case of the FCC just trying to make a few bucks.

It's just the FCC out for Anything they can Grab on To. Since they can't fine Howard Stern anymore, they need a New Source of Income. Steve.
