V103 Chicago flips all-Christmas tomorrow at 9 a.m.?

even though they wouldnt be playing some of the stuff WLIT would be playing but why Would CC Flip V103 to canibalize WLIT. So I think this is either a false story or CC is getting stupid
 
I believe it's a hoax, but I could see them adding a Christmas song here & there without it affecting WLIT. WLIT needs to be concerned about Fresh 105.9 after Christmas, since they have a competitor now (Love FM is a joke these days, as it isn't a love music station anymore).
 
thats got to be a hoax....they been playing christmas songs in between the regualr format since the beginning of last week....

I can't remember who the owner is of V 103, but I know that it is not CC.
 
V-103 has been owned by CC since 2000, if I'm correct on this one. They were originally owned by Evergreen Media in the '90's, before Chancellor Media bought them out, and renamed themselves AMFM. CC later bought them out, and we have CC's crap to deal with today on their stations.
 
Oops! You can tell I'm not a local guy as I live 90 miles north, where the Miller is plentiful! When I saw V103, for some reason, I was thinking of Bonneville's Love FM, as I just looked it up. WVAZ never crossed my mind, as I don't listen to them regularly, and I only think of them with their call letters and dial position. And so yes, V103 is definitely a Clear Channel Station.
