I think almost everyone is on vacation at Arizona's Family. On Saturday, David Caltabiano anchored every single newscast from 6am to 11pm. Paul did the weather from home (wasn't feeling well) on GMAZ. Holly co-anchor the evening newscasts and did the weather. On Sunday, Ian co-anchored GMAZ and did the weather. This evening, David and Holly are back with Holly also doing the weather. I know this is prime vacation time, but they need to have enough people to do their scheduled newscasts.

Vacation Time at KTVK/KPHO

I saw Caltabiano on GMAZ and surprised he was on the 10PM news but didn't realize he went 'coast to coast.' If Kylee Cruz wasn't off, I think Horton would have called off completely and let Cruz handle the weather. It's time to give some of the less experienced reporters some anchor desk time.
He was also on at noon today!
As I think about it, I wonder if the original plan was to have Whitney + Paul (co-anchor and do the weather) on Saturday and Sunday. But, then, Paul got sick overnight. Friday night.
