Can anybody tell me what format is Valley Public Radio overnights. What kind of music are they playing in the wee hours of the morning before NPR's: The Morning Edition.

The last time I checked, it was just the usual overnight ocean/surf sounds. Hopefully good for a few insomniacs who can't afford an electronic wave machine.

You could plug your computer into a stereo receiver.

I don't see how that could work with an Insignia Portable HD, I guess I could try one of those Ipod transmiters

I have been known to turn the FM to an used frequency (getting more difficult to find) with the volume low. Turing the fan only on for a room Air Conditioner also works for me.
