Vancouver BC TV Spillovers.

First OMNI-TV went - now CHAN Global seems to have disappeared. Is there anything going on at those North Shore Mountain transmitter sites?
 
In the analog days some Vancouver/Victoria signals made it to the hilltops in northern metro Seattle. Digital has been much less forgiving. Also, some BC border stations have been running much less power in these digital days - CHEK Victoria is a prime example.

CHAN Global have returned as of this morning. Omni has a detectable signal but has dropped ERP so it cannot be decoded. Perhaps there are technical issues on Mt Seymour.
