just wondering if anybody listens to the Vermont Mountaineers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League on WDEV 550 AM. they were on WSNO for the past two seasons and I havent been able to hear the broadcasts up there. I worked in the NECBL as the internet play-by-play man for one of the now defunct teams in Rhode Island, and worked with the play-by-play guy now in Vermont and what an ego he had going.

Just wondering

I doubt NECBL baseball draws any listeners. The players are different every year and very few come from New England. The games are fun to watch but I don't think very many fans care when the hometeam is on the road. I've heard a game on WDEV and the audio sucks. It could be straight off the internet. The broadcaster sounded decent. The Mountaineers always get the best broadcast team. The guy I heard on WSNO two years ago is now doing AAA ball. I know the Concord team had their games broacast on that 107.3 talk station. I bet you could turn the transmitter off and get no calls.
