I was planning on thinking that Hee Haw on CMT was a good thing they did,but I was very disappointed in what they showed.
For starters, they showed a TV-PG rating which I didn't think was fair at all, when they showed it on TNN around the same time the ratings system started, they had it as TV-G.
It is heavily edited with too many commercials and too many CMT promos, they left out several things(skits, musical performances)
And then the closing credits where the Hee Haw donkey is in the front and the credits roll,CMT showed a split screen with yet more CMT promos.
Sorry,CMT,you blew it.
But at least I have the Time-Life DVD's plus the tapes that I taped off of TNN where at least I can enjoy Hee Haw without all of the cuts and promos.
