If you generally prefer dynamic mics for on air and production, have fun with this blind test. Decide which mic(s) you like best. The test is at Blind Test. Then scroll down the page to see how people voted. Finally, take a look at which mic was which. Test Results.

Without spoiling the test, I thought the PR40 would win. In reality the Beyer Dynamic M99 was the one I want. (Those are not spoilers because you don't know which clip is the M99.)

I would love to hear your observations. Be sure to listen on nice speakers.
