Veteran air personality Tom Yarbrough (Rivers) has died at 56. He passed away on Thursday, September 29 from medical complications associated with pneumonia. He spent his early broadcasting years in Corpus Christi at KZFM and KEYS, KRBE/Houston and KHFI/Austin. In the mid-80's Yarbrough joined Jonathan Keyes with the launch of WJKC (Isle 95) in the Virgin Islands. Tom served as an air talent on several of the JKC Stations, as well as Operations and Production Director.
