https://news.****************/cgi-bin/rol.exe/headline_id=n38177

SiriusXM VP/Pop and Program Director of the Hits 1 & Venus channels, Kid Kelly exits after almost 18 years with the company. He joined then Sirius in January, 2003 as Pop Genre Manager overseeing the company's eight pop music channels, Kelly formerly served as AC editor for Radio & Records and Operations Manager for WHTZ-FM (Z100)/New York.

Prior to that Kellu was at Z100 in NYC.

So its just a simulcast of WHTZ then on the sirius channel.

Yes. The channels that are represented the same as a major terrestrial stations have always been simulcasts, with the difference being the substitution of other commercials in the stopsets.

This is no different than, for example, the Fox News satellite channel; it has all the Fox News TV content, but totally different commercials.
