Viacom/CBS divorced

Viacom will not oversee CBS operations. However, Redstone will retain a management position (chairman, I think) at both CBS and Viacom.

It's really the samething if you read between the lines. CBS will be autonomous but still under the ViaCom umbrella with Summer in charge.
 
Where the hell is Mel when you REALLY need him. If this had happened a year earlier, he might not have left...
