ViaRadeo C02 Encoder jogwheel setting

I have been struggling with this box for way too long... Bit by bit I have improved the network and made some other discoveries about this beast and now feel that I can communicate with it; but my fingers got me in trouble and my information is way too sparse/

So, I pushed instead of twisted the jog wheel when it was set to "Port Dec and I've screwed the thing out of its original setting... and I can't find the preferred setting for this...

As it stands:
Port AS 7005
Port Dec. 16004

I inherited the responsibility and can't find much in the documents cabinet and I'm extremely disappointed in the website

One page says I can find help here:
http://www.viaradio.com/downloads/SW/US_Release_8.zip bad url

I guess this is what they call support..
http://www.viaradio.com/products/encoder02.html

Anywho, I cry when I read about $50 RDS encoders that work.

I jogged my memory and successfully searched my emails wherein I sent a rundown of the port settings to another person....

They are:
Port 1 = 7000
Port 2 = 9084
Port 3 = 7002
Port 4 = 0
Port AS = 7005
Port Dec= 7004

It still doesn't play nice and I'm missing the startup paperwork.

It did a constant disappearing act when I started paying attention to it. It was two switches below the router so I installed a 24 port switch and it totally disappeared under the single switch. It appeared when it was directly under the router....

There's more to this story; but not suitable for here.

Anyway, thanks for reading...
