Vic the Brick out at FSR?

thought this happened last week or around oct. 1st - contract probably or maybe vic's health finally got the best of him.

i sometimes laughed at vic's antics but always felt sorry for him. kind of like a "crazy george" on the radio.

good luck to him. maybe he'll resurface locally in LA?

Scrubbed from the network show site but VTB is still a part of the Cannons on the local KLAC website...in fact his own bio page on the KLAC website is still up as well. Maybe the guys in Sherman Oaks forgot to tell the guys in Burbank...or maybe he's staying with KLAC for local updates and fill in???

If it's the case, I wouldn't be much surprised at all. Not that I'm crying for Vic the Brick, but it seems to me by each passing day listening to that show, that Pat O'Brien always pretty condenscending to him, whether it was shtick or otherwise. I wouldn't surprised if O'Brien played a role in pushing Vic out the door.

By all accounts, Vic seems to be a nice guy, but I wish him the best in anything else but being in sports media.

He got demoted to local sports update girl (again) for TOH reports and such.
He'll only be heard on KLAC.

Still though, that's closer to the door which is where VTB should have been shown a long long time ago.
