I don't know about y'all but I got tired of the story right after it broke. I had lunch in a Beef O'Brady's this afternoon. They had ESPN on a couple of the TVs there. Out of the 30 minutes I spend there, wanna know how long ESPN covered the story? ALL OF THEM! 30 friggin' minutes of telling the story then retelling the story then analizing his apology then having someone to come on and analyze the original analysis of the apoligy, then an "expert" came in to analyze his future, then a re-analysis of his future. How many friggin angles can you cover a story? This is all we are going to hear about until football season is over. Is what Vick did stupid and wrong. Yes. Does it deserve 24/7 wall to wall coverage? HELL NO! These people jump on something and pound it into the ground. I know there is more things going on in the sports world today besides Vick entering his plea.
I am so over the NFL. I'm looking forward to Georgia's kick off Saturday. I'm tired of hearing of these idiots getting paid way too much money, then wrecking their lives when they don't have the brains to manage the money they are getting paid. For someone like me making $40k a year, I just can't sympathize with someone like Vick.
