No medication, all natural i guess. The hold up with the banks did not and would have not affected the sell of the stations here in Houston. Clear Channel is still being forced to sell two of its station. It MAY have slowed it down, but they still have to sell.
Ironic No? The title says "Victory for CC", and yet they are being forced to give up two of their properties.............. Some victory.

CC has little to cheer about at this point. The banks are requesting change of venue, can you say NYC? The stock is in the, you know what and the unknowns still cloke alot of the employees. The legal wraggling could take a long time. Where has Easy Money been through all of this???

Where has Easy Money been? Probably trying to find some anxiety medication to calm some nerves. Seriously, it could not be a fun time to be walking the halls at CC, right now.

Speaking generally about our legal system, and not just the banks' hope for a change of venue, I think our society has coddled companies and litigants for too long, offering venue changes for every little whim. Sitting tight and facing the music on a local level seems less and less the case, these days, regardless if it is the CC deal or a simple slip-and-fall case against some corporation.

Just my view, but based on the latest news, I, too, don't figure the CC deal will be wrapped up, fully, for months, if not a year or more. Our legal system in this country does nothing quickly.

Hey Spots,

I'm sure Easy's going to be fine. But, you probably won't get this post until Monday morning due to your "half-day" schedule. I'm sure Easy appreciates your concern.
