Video problems on FOX 29

Has anyone noticed for months now that there seems to be a serious color and video programming with the FOX network programming on WTXF. I'm very shocked that the station hasn't noticed this because it is still occurring as of this post time.

The station has fixed the problem. It was occurring on WTXF-TV.
