Vilonia color commentator

We need to remember the Rodgers family and the Vilonia family in our thoughts and prayers. Tony Rodgers, the color commentator for the Vilonia Eagle football broadcasts on 107.1FM passed away this week. Previously, he had been the public address announcer at Weaver Stadium for nearly 40 years. I had the pleasure of meeting him and his brother last fall when Vilonia played at Beebe. Tony was a very nice guy and very passionate about the Eagles. He will be missed.
