The Adam Vinatieri story was big enough to lead all 6 So.NE U's (12,10,7,6,5,4)last night. It beat out the Bush Press Conference, among other potentials.

That should read the Boston and Providence "Vs" and should be placed as 4, 5 and 7, along with 6, 10 and 12, repectively. It wasn't the lead story on any Hartford/New Haven TV station at all (CBS 3, ABC 8, NBC 30 or FOX 61).

As for the football side of it, thank goodness he's left the AFC East! :)<P ID="signature">______________
